DAVOS, Jan 25 (PRIME) -- The oil market is unlikely to reach balance in January-June, OPEC Secretary General Mohammed Barkindo told PRIME on Thursday.
“No, I do not think so, taking into account all available data, including OPEC data, and forecasts, a light at the end of the tunnel will be seen in the second half of the year,” Barkindo said.
